PJSC “AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS” of METINVEST Group was issued the certificate for slab manufacture according to Korean Register of Shipping Rules.
The certificate covers the manufacture of slabs for rolling of normal and higher strength steel plates for shipbuilding.
PJSC “AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS” operates Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, DSTU ISO 9001-2009 and Specs API Spec Q1, the eighth edition, supported by classification society TUV NORD СERT (Germany).
The system covers all the areas of the enterprise, starting from formation of management structure and functional interaction between shops and departments, division of functions and personnel training up to finished products shipment.
High quality of PJSC “AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS” products has been repeatedly confirmed by quality certificates of the world leading classification societies. At the moment the works has received 22 quality documents (certificates and approval letters) covering almost all manufactured products.
