PJSC "AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS" being the part of Metinvest Group allocated more than 280 thous. UAH to purchase advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment for Polyclinic No. 1 of Municipal Hospital No. 4, attending the workers and long-service employees of the enterprise.
"AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS" provided the laboratory of Polyclinic with up-to-date binocular microscope, allowing significant reduction of research process duration and increase of research accuracy. Functional diagnostics center was equipped with an advanced diagnostics complex - spirograph - able to reveal any deviations in the condition of respiratory apparatus.
Besides, the enterprise provided Polyclinic with four blood glucose monitors that are to enhance efficiency of determining blood sugar level of our patients. These monitors give an opportunity to arrange diagnostics of people in pre-diabetic condition that better responds to treatment. Physiotherapeutical equipment of Polyclinic, particularly ultrasonic nebulizer, Bernard's currents apparatus and ultrasonic therapy apparatus, has also been renewed.
For the present day the equipment has already been installed, it is being adjusted now. Soon the medical workers of Polyclinic No. 1 will start using it.
