In 2012 PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY "AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS" (Metinvest Group) expands opportunities for leisure and health promotion of enterprise personnel. In order to develop and improve leisure and health promotion conditions for metallurgists' children, the enterprise transferred Children Recreation Center "Severny" to the specialized enterprise LLC "Zdravitsa Plyus" incorporated into Metinvest Group.
One of Metinvest social priorities is making investments to health promotion first of all for enterprise personnel and the members of their families, as well as provision of the most complete leisure during summer time.
The main aim of «Zdravitsa Plyus» is development of social objects for recreation (resorts, recreation centers for children and adults, children recreation centers), development of maximum comfortable conditions for a good rest, as well as achievement of minimum voucher cost to ensure their availability for enterprise personnel and members of their families.
Upon transfer of social objects designed for leisure of Metinvest Group personnel to LLC «Zdravitsa Plyus», Metinvest will continue their financing.
At present Metinvest Group employees have additional opportunity to choose vouchers to any resort or recreation center incorporated into «Zdravitsa Plyus». Presently the organization comprises more than ten resorts, recreation center, children recreation centers. Among them are — Children Recreation Center «Severny», (village Vinogradny), resort «Mechta» (Kherson), Children Recreation Center «Danko» (Yasinovataya), resort «Solnechny bereg» (Urzuf, Azov Sea coast), «Metallurg» (village Yur’evka), «Volna» (village Sedovo), «Nadezhda» (village Sopino) and other.

The main is that the project is oriented to metallurgists' requests, including the availability of health promotion and comfortable leisure conditions. For example, in 2011 the resorts of PJSC «ILLYICH IRON & STEEL WORKS» were glad to visit employees from PJSC «AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS», «YENAKIIEVE IRON AND STEEL WORKS» and KHARTSYZSK PIPE PLANT». 1540 employees from «AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS» and members of their families had a good rest during summer time. Company looks after provision of all necessary high level recreation services to the employees».
